Pitch near the sea front
It was our first stay at the campsite which we planned for a long time (we have to as my husband is paralysed/ wheelchair bound with complex medical needs). Before booking last November I informed the campsite of our outfit’s dimensions (wheelchair adapted van with rear lift for wheelchair access and a wheelchair adapted caravan with ramp access with photos) plus the fact that my husband can only use the onboard toilet and wash facilities and we therefore needed electricity, fresh water and grey water connection at the pitch. We were allocated pitch A16B which I trusted the management would be suitable for us (as we have never been there before). Long and behold when we arrived the pitch was not suitable at all! Access for the long twin axle caravan was almost impossible and when we finally got on it after two hours of struggling with the help of fellow campers we had to find out that all the connections were two pitches away (through hedges and steep step plus other campers awnings etc. Impossible for our situation. Lucky for us Hannah from reception asked one of the security guards to help us as it was 8pm by then. He too could see that the pitch was completely unsuitable for our needs and arranged for a replacement pitch (5B). Even there the service point was at a distance but we managed the electricity and fresh water connection with extensions plus the help of a plumber the next day to extend our waste water pipe. The pitch itself was big enough for us. We would have liked to book the same pitch again for next year but have been told it’s not possible as our original booking was for a different pitch (allocated by management and not us, and completely unsuitable for our needs) so very disappointed.

Erholsame Ferien in herrlicher Gegend
Wir hatten für 12 Tage einen Stellplatz mit Meerblick. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Ein Wermutstropfen ist der Glascontainer, welcher gerne schon morgens um 6.30 aufgesucht wird. Wahrscheinlich von den zahllosen Gassigängern die hier früh morgens ihren vierbeinigen Freund auf dem Platz ausführen.

Ein Problem sind die Duschen. Wenn man duscht und jemand gleichzeitig die Toiletten Spülung drückt wird das Dusch Wasser kurzzei
Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Platz. Aber bitte nicht mehr Natur durch noch mehr Hütten verbauen. Dann verliert der Platz sein Ambiente

Top Platz aber keine 5 Sterne
Sehr schön gelegener Platz, da man die ganze Zeit Kurtaxe bezahlt wäre es auch schön wenn der Strand in der Nebensaison gesäubert werden würde. Also ab Mitte September dieses Jahr z.B. War aber in den Vorjahren auch nicht der Fall.

Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de tir à l’arc. L’animation ne nous a pas du vraiment convaincu..Yoga sur la plage très bien. Concert et cabaret aussi très bien. Le reste des animations n’était pas intéressant pour nous.
Dommage aussi que l’accueil ne donne pas de conseils pour des excursions dans les alentours.
Sinon très bonnes vacances

Immer wieder schön, leider zu viele Hunde
Wir kommen seit 2010 mind. einmal jährlich hierher und geniessen unseren Urlaub, die Kinder lieben es. Leider waren sehr viele Hunde auf dem Platz, die Halter lassen die Hinterlassenschaft liegen, Kinder treten rein und es kam immer wieder zu lautem Gekläffe.
